Heron Estates (Kent) Limited is an independent letting agency based in Herne Bay serving East Kent and in particular the coastal area of Herne Bay and Whitstable, Canterbury and the Thanet Towns.

We specialise only in lettings and endeavour to provide the best service we can to our landlord clients as well as our tenant customers. We are regulated by the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents and adhere to all codes of practice, including professional indemnity insurance, secure client accounts and the Government’s tenancy deposit scheme.

We have a wealth of experience in lettings and management and act for a number of major landlord clients in the area and many of our referrals are by recommendation. We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive the service they require whether it be a full property management service or an instruction tailored to their own particular requirements. Needless to say, our fees are competitive and reflect the comprehensiveness of the commitment required.
